Paper 5: What should we do “post-NOF” for professional development?

A whole school plan might:

1. Aggregate individual staff action plans into a CPD portfolio and record how they are met
2. Indicate the priorities for development at primary key stage or secondary department level
3. Identify a school change leader in each department or at each key stage
4. Allocate appropriate time and resources necessary to ensure that all staff can participate in CPD and have time to collaborate online with others
